Healthy Truck Driver Tips

  1. Get enough sleep.  Sleep is crucial to human health, as it allows our bodies to rest and repair. 
  2. Drink lots of water. 
  3. Quit smoking. 
  4. Go for walks. 
  5. Practice portion control. 
  6. Eat more veggies/greens. 
  7. Pick foods with fiber. 
  8. Find ways to relieve stress.
  9. Exercise at least 15 minutes every day. No matter what your day holds, you can always make time for exercise.
  10.  Always eat breakfast. 
  11.  Squeeze in short walks whenever you can. 
  12.  Keep healthy snacks handy. (Trail mix, Hard Boiled Eggs, Popcorn, Nuts, Yogurt, Beef/Turkey Jerky, Tuna Pouch, Mini Cheese Plate)
