- Get enough sleep. Sleep is crucial to human health, as it allows our bodies to rest and repair.
- Drink lots of water.
- Quit smoking.
- Go for walks.
- Practice portion control.
- Eat more veggies/greens.
- Pick foods with fiber.
- Find ways to relieve stress.
- Exercise at least 15 minutes every day. No matter what your day holds, you can always make time for exercise.
- Always eat breakfast.
- Squeeze in short walks whenever you can.
- Keep healthy snacks handy. (Trail mix, Hard Boiled Eggs, Popcorn, Nuts, Yogurt, Beef/Turkey Jerky, Tuna Pouch, Mini Cheese Plate)
